2008-09 (FY'09) Semester Leaves and Sabbaticals
Leave recommendations were made by the Faculty Development Committee in January 2008 and sent to Dean Levine for approval. Three sabbaticals and nine single semester leaves were approved.
2009—10 (FY'10) Semester Leave and Sabbatical Information
Awarding single semester leaves, sabbatical leaves, development grants, and allocating sabbatical supplement program funds resides with the college dean, based upon the recommendations from the CFANS Faculty Development Committee. Below please find the deadlines for submitting leave applications, faculty development grant applications, and sabbatical supplement program funds applications for FY’10. Please note: the sabbatical supplement program is pending continuation by the Provost’s Office; however, the application must be submitted with the Faculty Sabbatical Form.
November 1, 2008 All of the above are due to unit heads for review and
approval.
November 15, 2008 All of the above are due to Associate Dean Jay Bell (190
Coffey Hall).
November 20, 2008 Applications will be copied and forwarded to the CFANS
Faculty Development Committee.
December 2008 The Faculty Development Committee will meet and
prepare the committee report for Dean Levine.
January 2009 Funding decisions are sent to individual faculty members
and unit heads.
